How can I get my work done?

After signing up, a program manager will be aligned to you with whom you can discuss your requirements. The PM will do all the work ranging from requirement analysis, planning, management, and final delivery. You don’t have to check up on teams to get the status. It’s simple, easy, and quick.

How would TrueHyre help me in easing my work?

What happens after the PM is assigned?

At the moment when the PM will be assigned, he/she will analyze the SRS/ requirement shared by the Client. After the complete analysis of the requirement, the program manager will get in contact with the client and will share the milestone/timeline of the project.

How to track the work done on my project?

Timesheet would be maintained for the work done by the team, on the tasks in the project plan. The project plan will be divided into modules, tasks, and subtasks. You will have the online timesheet available to have a look at any time.

How will I come to know about my project completion?

You would be given a message from the program manager assigned to you about the completion of your task or the project. And also will provide you the timesheet into your account where you can see the completion of your project/task.

Does posting a project costs anything?

No. there is no cost involved in posting your project. The task starts only when you are provided with the program manager for your particular project.

Is there any negotiation possible?

Fixed price gives you the freedom from negotiating and setting up a price. PM helps you attain freedom from bragging behind the team to get the work done within the timeline.

Is there any agreement?

No. there is no agreement.

Do you have any freelancer registered to TrueHyre?

We do not allow any freelancer to register to TrueHyre, giving you confidence that the team working on the project, does not abruptly leave.

Is the website secure for online payments?

Yes, the website is completely secure for online payment and we are getting payment paid PayPal.

What is the refund policy?

Truehyre will evaluate the work done and will decide it accordingly.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with the services?

You can share your issues with the Truehyre admin and Truehyre will take the proper measures to resolve the issue by assigning the New PM/Resource. If still not satisfied, he/she can withdraw anytime.
